These self-service terms are in addition to the Fyllo Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). In the event of a conflict between any terms of the Agreement and these terms, these terms shall govern. You are deemed to accept these terms by purchasing one of the self-service subscription plans offered on a Fyllo Site (as defined in the Agreement).

Month-to-Month
Your Subscription (as defined in the Agreement) begins as soon as your initial payment is processed (“Effective Date”) and will automatically renew on the same date each month without notice until you cancel. If the Effective Date is a date in a subsequent calendar month that does not exist, then the Subscription will renew on the last day of the month. For example, a Subscription starting on March 31, would renew on April 30, and so on.
You authorize Fyllo to use a Trusted Vendor (as defined in the Agreement) to process payments, and you consent to the disclosure of your payment information to such Trusted Vendor. If your payment method fails, Fyllo may suspend your Subscription until full payment has been received. Late payments will incur a late payment fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum permitted by law.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Subscription at any time by visiting your account settings page or by contacting customer support. Your account will be accessible until the next billing date. All payments are non-refundable. You may withdraw your scheduled cancellation by reactivating your account.
Deletion
You can delete your account at any time by visiting your account settings page or by contacting customer support. You and any other associated Users will not be able to access your account immediately after initiating the process.
Innovations
Fyllo will offer any innovations to the existing Service(s) to you in writing, and will include a proposed price for any innovation. You will have the option whether or not to purchase any innovations. Under such circumstances, the Parties will mutually agree to all applicable fees and any other terms to support the innovations and these terms and the Agreement may be amended in order to incorporate the purchased innovation and revised terms.
Annual
